New Employee Recruiting
New Employee Recruiting
Project details
What we need
- A clear job description for an open position
- A list of interview questions pertaining to the position
- An interview rubric
- Recommendations on qualified candidates that the organization should contact and recruitment platforms to use
- Note: This project does not include salary/benefit recommendations or offer letter construction.
Additional details
This is for an anticipated open position for a Prevention Programs Manager. The position will become live once we have established grant funding to support the role. I would like to do this pre-work so I can hit the ground running when I'm in a place where my department (which currently only consists of myself and occasional interns) can expand.
What we have in place
- We currently have a drafted job description, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of previously used interview questions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to purchase supplies and meals necessary for our prevention-based programs which we provide free of charge to the community.
While I have assisted other departments in our organization with interviewing candidates in the final stages of the process, this opportunity will enable me to personally learn how to develop job postings, candidate selection, and interviewing skills which I have not honed in my short career. This professional development will ensure we find the best possible person to support our prevention-based efforts within the communities we serve.
