What We Need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional Details
We are receiving enough funding this summer to finally expand our team from 2 people to about 7 paid positions (all contract work). We need help with going from volunteers to paid team members.
What We Have In Place
- We currently have draft job descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a pro-bono accountant and 2 co-founders on the team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to allocate more funds to salaries.
This will significantly help us prepare to hire core team members for the first time.
