Open enrollment is a large gathering for SEMHAs 400+ employees. We need help reviewing our Zoom settings for operational and employee experience.
What we have in place
- We currently have Zoom accounts and users, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have direct point of contact for volunteer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,145 , allowing us to restore time and work more efficiently.
Zoom has been a difficult software to understand and implement across our small staff. We have a business account and this has opened a lot of options that we do not fully understand how and when to use. A proper setup of Zoom will help save time, allowing our staff to get to the day-to-day responsibilities of their work.

To promote and assist the local health agencies within the Southeastern Michigan area to develop and implement health programs. To operate or conduct activities in other areas related to public health which are determined to be in the best interest of the local health agencies, and to continue our historic role in infectious disease prevention and control.
