Google Workspace Set Up
Google Workspace Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
Migrate old emails from old inbox to new for those employees who request it. This would make a tremendous difference for those who have worked with MUSO for over 8 years!
What we have in place
- We already have our Google Apps for Nonprofits account activated. We have all the resources needed to migrate over ourselves but are in serious need of guidance on migrating old emails for all of our employees to their new Gmail inbox!
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to provide preventative healthcare services to 200 children at risk of death from curable diseases.
The success of our organization depends on a more centralized system of email communication. Without your help, we cannot take advantage of all the benefits from Google Apps. Your skills will empower us to integrate our systems of communications across applications.
Project plan
Our mission
Muso's mission is to eliminate preventable deaths in the world’s most vulnerable communities.
We envision a world in which 5.9M million children no longer die each year from preventable diseases, in which every child has the opportunity to thrive, in which more than 200,000 women do not die unnecessarily from pregnancy and childbirth-related complications.
What we do
Muso recognizes that to save lives in the world’s poorest communities, a reactive model is not enough. Early access to care is crucial to survival. To address this challenge, we built a different kind of health system — one that removes barriers and brings care to patients proactively. Through a decade of research, Muso developed a proactive healthcare system designed to save lives.
1: PROACTIVE SEARCH
Community Health Workers and community members search for patients through door-to-door home visits, to connect them with care early.
2: DOORSTEP CARE
CHWs provide a package of life-saving health care services in the home. These include family planning, newborn screening, and treatment for children with malaria, diarrhea, and malnutrition.
3: RAPID-ACCESS CLINICS
Muso removes point-of-care fees, builds infrastructure, and trains staff, so that government clinics can provide universal, early access to care.
