What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

We are looking for a logo to be created for the Spring Fundraiser heART of Grace

What we have in place
  • We currently have a branding kit which includes fonts, colors etc., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the target audience, theme of the event and ideas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to serve more patients, families and caregivers who come to Grace when a medical crisis arises.

Grace House is a small non profit located in Western New York. This project will help our capacity and allow staff to focus on other aspects of the fundraiser. This will ensure our fundraiser can move forward and have a beautiful logo created by a professional.

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

Our mission

Grace House supports patients and their families by providing a haven and place of respite when receiving care at regional healthcare facilities.

What we do

Grace offers donation-based, all-inclusive lodging to out-patients and caregivers of loved ones admitted to local hospitals. Guests of Grace enjoy clean, comfortable bedrooms with attached private bathrooms, nutritious food, and door-to-door shuttle service between Grace and the hospitals. Because we take care of all the basic needs, families served by Grace can focus on what's important during challenging medical journeys.
