What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

Help create a streamlined photo and poetry gallery to engage participants at our annual fundraiser.

What we have in place
  • We currently have photos and poetry, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a brand guide, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to serve more immigrant and refugee mothers and children.

Stroytelling helps us connect with stakeholders who do not always have a chance to see our work in action. By creating a gallery of images and poetry, the participant can experience a glimpse/day in the life of our students, creating a connection that will hopefully translate to involvement.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

Our mission

Todos Juntos Learning Center provides an inclusive, dual-generation education program to break the cycle of poverty in Central Texas for non-English speaking families in order to create a successful, thriving community.

Through educating both children and their parents, we create an opportunity for the entire family to feel at home in their community, providing better educational outcomes for kids and a stronger path to career success for adults.
