Identify Success Metrics
Identify Success Metrics
Project details
What we need
- A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
- Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
What we have in place
- We currently have have a summary document of past accomplishments, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a wish list of what we want to track in order to measure the strength of the coalition, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,240 , allowing us to drive social change for 1500000 marginalized Brooklynites.
Our 100 + organization coalition is looking to contribute to improved health outcomes in the Brooklyn
neighborhoods we serve. We are looking to measure the effectiveness of our partnership, and keep
members informed. We are looking to grow partnerships, so it's necessary to have clear metrics on
programmatic outcomes accomplished as a partnership and what we've done to raise influence, and
affect policy. This project will determine/improve the strength of our partnership, and how we are
impacting the community, so that we can clearly communicate to partners and funders.
