What we need
- Clear roadmap to guide organization's campaign launch, execution, and wrap-up
- Well-defined goals, strategies, and tips to run the campaign; concrete metrics to measure success
- Expert consultation and support throughout campaign implementation; including messaging, scheduling, outreach and commenting.
- Training throughout the campaign to equip organization's staff to run the next campaign on their own
What we have in place
- We are a compassionate group of activists with information, facts, blog posts and more to share. But we need guidance in how to do so effectively, to ensure our message makes the most impact.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,500 , allowing us to Educate 5000 people about Amnesty's misguided plan.
The sex trafficking and sex- buying industries harm tens of thousands of people world-wide, and disproportionately affect the poor and vulnerable.
Unfortunately the global harms generated by sex trafficking could soon expand—as Amnesty International is considering a policy that would call for global decriminalization of commercial sex, including pimps and sex buyers. We are a collection of human rights activists who do not believe it is a human right to be able to buy or profit off a person's body for sex--but it is a right to be able to live a life free of sexual exploitation. We are calling on Amnesty to reject this proposal, which will be voted on Aug. 6 in Dublin.
