What we need

We have recently launched an online certification training for individuals around the world interested in bringing our evidence-based programs to their communities. We need a marketing professional to evaluate our current efforts and develop a strategy to build a larger audience of potential supporters, program participants and brand advocated. We need:

  • A clear set of marketing goals that are in line with the organization’s overall goals
  • Strategies and tactics that respect the organization’s budgetary limitations
  • Ability to maximize marketing resources by identifying the most effective channels to reach key audiences
What we have in place
  • We currently have a preliminary marketing strategy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have roi data from previous paid advertisements/social media campaigns, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,198 , allowing us to provide educational programs to over 300 high school students.

As a non-profit we are dependent on a network of loyal supporters to keep our doors open and programs running. As our programs grow we need a clearly defined strategy to broaden our networks to reach a larger population. This project will cultivate a larger database of supporters and further our goal to see people thrive personally, academically and professionally.

Our mission

Mindfulness Without Borders aims to engage people across cultures to make each moment a turning point for peace and sustainable change.

What we do

Mindfulness Without Borders provides educational programs that support mental health and well-being for adolescents, their school teams, parents and professionals by reinforcing the skills they need to meet today’s challenges and thrive.

We believe an education that fosters social and emotional intelligence builds healthy, resilient communities. We maintain that every individual has the capacity to look within, to nurture their unique qualities, and to develop the personal resources to thrive as caring, responsible and constructive community members.

Within the education community, there is growing recognition that a well-rounded education must go beyond academics to encompass social-emotional competence, character, health, civic engagement and other components of a ‘whole student’ approach. Our programs do just that!

Since 2007, our evidence-based youth programs and professional development workshops have reached students and professionals in select schools, NGO’s and community-based organizations in Canada, United States Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, Israel, Jamaica, and Botswana.
