How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to serve 2500 women and children in Togo.

Our mission
Integrate Health works with communities to expand access to quality health care for all in Togo, West Africa.
What we do
Over the past ten years, Integrate Health has developed and implemented a community-based healthcare delivery model to provide vital primary healthcare services and health education to thousands of individuals living throughout northern Togo. Our model utilizes a network of paid, trained and supervised community health workers - the majority of whom are women - to provide health education, home-based treatment of basic illnesses and referrals to nearby health centers for advanced care.
