Mission

Established in 1974, Wah Mei School is a community based non-profit dedicated to providing affordable Chinese-English bilingual education programs for preschoolers through 8th graders in San Francisco. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing and high quality bilingual bicultural environment that promotes children's development while providing a supportive community for families.

What We Do

Wah Mei School serves more than 400 families in four programs for children and youth aged 2 .5 to 14 years old: 1.) Preschool, 2.) After School Program, 3.) Weekend Chinese School, 4.) Summer Camp.

We provide access to our programs with no barriers to income, language, or culture and foster developmental growth among all learners and children with multiple abilities.
