Changing Lives by Transforming the Relationship Between Schools and Community.
In Dallas, poverty and prosperity exist side by side. United to Learn is breaking down barriers, closing the opportunity gap, and building a more empathetic and equitable community.
What We Do
Founded in 2003, United to Learn is a Dallas based non-profit organization comprised of nearly 70 partners including 47 Dallas ISD elementary schools and 26 community members, including private schools, faith-based organizations, and businesses working together to accelerate student achievement, develop purposeful leaders, and create a united and thriving community.
Our goal is to provide all students with the resources they deserve to learn, grow, and lead. United to Learn is proud to be an accelerator of student achievement through programming that builds strong cooperative relationships and thoughtful private-sector engagement.
Our four programmatic pillars are:
1) Social & Emotional Learning
2) Campus Environment
4) Community Activation
