What We Do

The Live Healthy Trenton coalition brings together partners who seek to make Trenton, NJ a healthier place. Our collective impact model is made of four different pillars related to health: clinical linkages, healthy lifestyles, economic development, and public safety. By bringing together experts in each of these four areas, we can collectively make an impact on the health outcomes in Trenton
