Mission

The Right Question Institute works to improve education for all students, tackle key causes and consequences of poverty and inequality and promote Microdemocracy, a new starting point for democratic action. We widely disseminate our simple, but transformational Right Question Strategy for strengthening people’s ability to ask their own questions and participate effectively in decisions. These are foundational, essential, and yet rarely taught, advocacy and democratic skills.

What We Do

We provide teaching resources and train staff from a wide range of programs, schools and agencies to use the Right Question Strategy. They learn how to integrate the RQ Strategy into their on-going, thus, cost-effectively enhancing the direct work they do with their students, clients, patients and residents.
