Mission

The High Ground of Texas is an economic development group that represents 67 counties in West Texas. We spend a great deal of time and effort educating people about the resources, opportunities, and quality of life in the region. We work to maximize our collective voice to have an impact for the region as a whole. Our area is primarily rural areas that don't have the manpower or financial resources to successfully do economic development alone. Members big and small work to find ways to improve our communities for the citizens.
