The Bridge Line enriches the lives of adults with brain injuries by fostering independence through individualized day and residential services.

What We Do

We have four programs that help adults with brain injuries to regain their skills and abilities at whatever stage of recovery they're at. In our Residential Program and Independent Living Program, we have homes where people live with our staff 24/7 in a family-style cohabitation model, or else in their own homes or apartments with significant support services for groceries, meals, laundry, or medical prescription management. We have a prevocational Clubhouse program where people prepare to return to employment or volunteer jobs by fostering skills and working relationships with peers also recovering from brain injuries. Lastly, our Case Management program helps clients connect with services, set and achieve goals, and stay connected with us, and their friends and family.
