Mission

Our vision: Hospice patients and their loved ones are empowered to transform the end of life experience into the final act of living well. We achieve this vision through three mission areas: financial assistance to hospice patients and their loved ones; the funding of end of life care research grants; and the provision of end of life education for the community.
