ASF is preparing the next generation of professionals who will serve and empower vulnerable people to live healthier lives and create healthier communities.

What We Do

Schweitzer Fellows are graduate health professional students who create and carry out sustainable community service projects addressing chronic health issues as well as the underlying causes of health inequities such as poverty, the environment and education. They enter the workplace experienced, confident and prepared to more effectively serve diverse and vulnerable people. They become change agents, committed to creating holistic collaborative integrated health systems and policies that treat all people with dignity and compassion.
