Mission

Our mission is to guide middle school students growing up in challenging urban environments to recognize and reach their full potential as members of our community. Through a school-based team approach to mentoring, young adolescents are given the tools and support necessary to make positive choices during a critical period in their lives.

What We Do

Los Angeles Team Mentoring connects over 1,000 middle school youth with 300 caring adult mentors during critical out-of-school time. LATM's team mentoring approach and activity-based curriculum helps students develop skills that support school readiness, gain confidence, and build bridges to a brighter future.
