Mission

The mission of Hartford Community Loan Fund (HCLF) is to provide and promote just and affordable financial services that benefit the low wealth residents of the communities we serve.

What We Do

We provide financing for the purchase and rehab of blighted properties in Hartford and throughout Connecticut. Our objective is to use our financing to create quality, affordable housing in one of the country's most expensive states in which to live.
