At GlobeMed, we envision a world with health equity, where every person has the opportunity to attain their highest level of health. We aim to achieve this vision by developing student leaders who share our commitment to social justice, and by partnering and collaborating with grassroots organizations to help shape the global health discourse of the future.

What We Do

GlobeMed develops university students into courageous and values-driven leaders for global health. To support this, GlobeMed builds long-lasting partnerships between university-based chapters and grassroots organizations in Africa, Asia and the Americas. These partnerships catalyze on-the-ground collaboration and guide students to develop the essential skills and perspectives necessary to advance health equity. We further enhance our learning and reach by transcending sectors, borders, and generations to tackle global health challenges and propose solutions.

Today, GlobeMed is a dynamic network of more than 6,000 next-generation leaders from 60 university campuses and over 50 grassroots organizations who are committed to fostering the global health leadership and partnership needed for tomorrow.
