Mission

The goal of the Gayle Lyn Kliever Student Fund is to raise and distribute scholarships directly to worthy Tanzanian students. Scholarship help will be given to those students with ability, motivation and potential. Recipients may be of any age. Priority is given to those with little or no family presence. The fund will also support worthwhile educational projects in Tanzania.

What We Do

The GLK Student Fund raises and distributes scholarships to worthy Tanzanian students in need. We also support educational projects and school building in Tanzania.

Although a relatively young organization, over 40 students have already received scholarships and several building projects have been supported. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and tribes. Many are orphaned, and all are in need. We have helped students attend primary school, secondary school, university, nursing school, teachers college, tourism school, wildlife conservation training, vocational school and driving school among others.
