Mission

Exposure Projects mission is to equip middle and high school youth with the practical tools for career development by curating transformative experiences that impact future economic opportunities.

What We Do

There are six elements of EP:

Character Development - Sessions includes activities designed around team building, life skills, career readiness, and social emotional learning.

Shadowing Ladder - Exposure to various industries through shadowing experts and learning more of their careers and the journey it took to get there.

Service-Learning Projects - Group led service projects to address concerns and issues game changers have encountered in their community, home, and school environments.

Exposure Trips - The opportunity to encounter new experiences from community volunteering to immersive experiences.

Parent Engagement - Parents of game changers have the opportunity to participate in engaging activities that facilitate family building.

Culminating Events - Game changers will create an end of the program event showcasing all they have learned while being in EP.
