Mission

Our mission is to assist impoverished communities in Africa to launch or expand sustainable crafting enterprises. By offering seed funding together with access to global markets, we strengthen communities and create pathways to economic empowerment.

What We Do

Our approach in how we work is highly tailored, but there are some common steps:

• We identify opportunity in impoverished communities that could benefit from our assistance. We cultivate relationships with local community members and we work with them to help set up a crafting enterprise
• We provide seed capital to help launch the production process
• We connect crafting communities with the global marketplace. We maintain and grow a deep network of retailers and wholesalers who we continuously update with information about products made by the crafting communities we work with.

Our growing network of wholesalers and retailers offers huge opportunities for crafting communities to access export markets for their craft.
