The California School-Age Consortium (CalSAC) builds professional networks that provide training, leadership development and advocacy to ensure that all young people have access to high quality out-of-school time programs and to create a more equitable future for California.

What We Do

The California School-Age Consortium (CalSAC) is building a future where every child in California — regardless of income, race, or zipcode — has access to high quality, affordable out-of-school time programs. CalSAC helps build an out-of-school time workforce that is filled with strong mentors and highly skilled practitioners who reflect the communities they serve. Through collaboration and innovation, our network creates ripple effects of opportunity, equity and transformation throughout California, both for professionals and the young people they serve.
