Mission

The Waterbury Bridge to Success Community Partnership (BTS) focuses on all children and youth, and their families in the greater Waterbury area. BTS is a cross-sector partnership of over 90 community and civic leaders, educators, and organizations. All partners work collectively to achieve equitable change by empowering Waterbury's youth to be successful in school, career, and life.
