Mission

Asylee Women Enterprise (AWE), journeys with asylum seekers and other forced migrants as they navigate the immigration legal process, begin to heal from past trauma, and rebuild their lives in Baltimore.

What We Do

Our wrap-around service model addresses basic needs while supporting individual growth and healing through community support and integration. Our services include:
- Community day program: Offering a range of classes and integration services
- Mental health and medical care: through community partnerships
- Immigration legal services: for asylum seekers and survivors of trafficking in urgent need of representation
- Material support: including food delivery, rental assistance, diapers, and clothing
- Individualized case management
- Public benefits assistance
- Emergency and transitional housing
