I am passionate about capacity building, process improvement and change management, especially as it relates to nonprofit organizations. I know the agency through my work with the US Department of Education and The Corporation for National and Community Service. The agency's needs match well with my skill set and this is an opportunity where I can have impact. Program Management Consultant with the US Department of Education's Office of Post-Secondary Education where I evaluated more than 14 discretionary grant programs ranging from Student Support Services to Upward Bound with an average 40 grant applications per competition awarding an average of $20 – $30 million. I provided subject matter expertise and analysis on evaluation plans, data collection instruments, budget, and action plans to ensure maximum impact of allocated federal funds.
