HOW THIS WILL HELP We had conducted a salary survey last year, and it was very helpful. We also learned a lot about the process and ways that we should improve it, including having individual buy-in for updated job descriptions. We now have updated job descriptions and titles, and want to ensure that we are accurately compensating our staff. We are looking to maintain attractive in the market and retain our current amazing employees.

What did Kelly have to offer?

I think this is a really unique opportunity to use my skills to benefit another organization. From what I have read, I think NLIRH is doing important work in educating people and giving them a voice. I think we, as a society, would be so much better off if we took the time to get educated and listen to one another, and your organization seems to promote those values. In my current position, at Fifth Third Bank, most of my time is spent working on incentive plan design for sales people. I have spent time working in various lines of business within the bank, including Retail, Small Business Banking and Commercial Banking. Through our compensation plan design process, I am the project manager for the plan design and lead a team through the process. I have also worked on developing salary ranges and merit matrices in previous roles. I also have extensive experience in job evaluation and analyzing compensation market data.
