The capacity for creativity and continual disruptive innovation should be a lasting cultural strength. Getting to the root problem involves not just one success, but many successful milestones and some risk as far as how we design our services to promote social impact.

It's not a coincidence that it'll take new processes and thinking skills: Not just in business, but in the social sector, too.

But it's not as difficult as you think.

What I do is facilitate this skill and process-building with you. I help you build the momentum for it so that you can look at your current mission in a new light. Creativity and better collaboration can be brought out of everyone. There's no such thing as "not being creative."

The world is full of uncertainty and tightening constraints, but it's also full of opportunity. You just need a way that goes beyond the standard "brief and meeting" to really make sense of those opportunities as an organization, and then design those solutions together.
