Mission

The International Association for Human Values (IAHV) is a nonprofit founded in 199. IAHV's mission is to provide services to organizations that reduce stress so human values can flourish. SKY Schools is a program of IAHV. The SKY Schools Breathwork and SEL program has been taught to more than 220,000 students and 220 schools in the US. Our focus on first training and cultivating wellness in adults and students in school communities. We empower teachers and staff to develop and model their own personal practice of wellness for students to decrease stress and improve performance.
