What we need
- A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details
We have a draft of our org's vision plan for the next few years, but are still missing a proforma budget, and action plan/timeline. I would love some guidance around this to begin setting quarterly goals and scheduling important fundraising conversations.
What we have in place
- We currently have a new 3-5 vision plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have anticipated action items with some projected costs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to serve more immigrant and refugee mothers and children with our multi-generation programming at no cost to them.
As we continue to plan for the future of our organization, this complete plan will help us communicate the future to various stakeholders, as well as plan and delegate internally for accountability.

Our mission
Todos Juntos Learning Center provides an inclusive, dual-generation education program to break the cycle of poverty in Central Texas for non-English speaking families in order to create a successful, thriving community.
Through educating both children and their parents, we create an opportunity for the entire family to feel at home in their community, providing better educational outcomes for kids and a stronger path to career success for adults.
