Time Management Coaching
Time Management Coaching
Project details
What we need
- 3-5 one-on-one sessions with a coach to work on your individual methods of organizing your time and priorities
- Recommendations on the best tools for your organizational needs
Additional details
I am an intern at Tower, and a member of the Advisory Team, which is a group of individuals from the community with experience in our focus areas. This is my first serious job experience and some of my responsibilities include providing feedback, outreach and peer support for advisory team members, and content development. I'm looking for a coach who can help me achieve a better work-life balance, better time organization, better self-motivational skills, and how to set priorities.
What we have in place
- We currently have an intern job description, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have background information on the advisory team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,968 , allowing us to spend more time focused on advisory team feedback and outreach.
My role is a new one in my organization so it's hard to determine it's exact impact, but one thing which it will help with is allowing me to explore new areas in which I can help efficiently and clarify what possibilities are actually tenable within my role. That way, I and future employees within my role will have a better understanding of how to best serve my organization's interests. This also positions me to better and more broadly fulfill my job responsibilities.
