- A Public Relations (PR) strategy rooted in the Organization's public relations goals
- Identification of the audiences Organization should be addressing and the media outlets they should target to reach stated audiences
- A press list created based on Organization's target media outlets
- Recommendations on the best tactics to build relationships with Organization's target media outlets
What we have in place
- AYS has an Executive Director who prioritizes PR fro this organization, plus a Community Relations Manager who could allot 5 hours per week to this project of building awareness about AYS.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,343 , allowing us to provide 6000 LA community members with free concerts. Thank you!!!
The American Youth Symphony's mission is to inspire the future of a timeless art form by sharing exceptional, innovative concerts at no charge to the community based on our landmark training of extraordinary musicians ages 15-27. Currently celebrating its 50th Anniversary, AYS is often referred to as "the best kept secret in Los Angeles." AYS should not be a secret! While our concerts are offered free, our ability to fundraise and grow directly relates to our ability to connect with more audience members and public recognition of this incredible gift tot eh LA community asset.
