What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

We need a social media expert who can create content across 3 channels Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We have a lot of photos and videos that you can work with we just need someone one who can manage and keep on top of creating content. We use Canva for the most part at present.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Photos, videos, projects, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A Canva account, project outlines and access to our founder, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to will go towards our Still Waters Therapeutic Art project.

We are trying to increase our following so that our messaging travels further and we are also trying to attract artists to join our team.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
