What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
We would like to have a survey created to get information from past participants of our programs in order to utilize their stories in our branding and marketing and advertising
What we have in place
- We currently have A sample of a survey used several years ago, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Several participants and past participants willing to comple, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to Serve our participants by providing quality service from our instructors
This project will help our organization achieve its goals of documenting past performances and utilizing the data collected from surveys to improve our programs.

As a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, we work as community conduits to cultivate God-given gifts of youth drawn to the arts and entertainment industry. Education via exposure to behind-the-scenes crafts, video production, music, stage plays and more enriches lives. The Arts teach life lessons, self confidence, professionalism and respect. We support artistic passions empowering youth to practice good work ethics and obtain gainful employment.
