Website Set Up (CMS-Based)
Website Set Up (CMS-Based)
Project details
What we need
- Set up of a new website using a Content Management System (CMS) like Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal, or Weebly
- Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch
- Note: We recommend that you do a Website Content Plan project first, so that you have all the content ready for your new CMS-based site. A CMS-based website can be maintained and updated easily - no coding required!
Additional details
Our current website is built on Wordpress using a Genesis-child theme. We're happy to stick with Wordpress, but need to rethink some of the content and the design.
What we have in place
- We currently have staff who can work proactively with you, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a lot of unique and relevant video and photo content, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $30,892 , allowing us to buy a paramedic 12 months of medical supplies that they will use to save lives.
We are in the process of renewing our back- and front-end tech stack in order to modernise our charity with a view to creating a more compelling value proposition for donors as well as a lower cost-base that will maximise the impact of donated funds.

Our mission
Magen David Adom saves lives every day by providing Israel's emergency medical response and ambulance services, managing the national blood bank and providing international disaster aid. The vast majority of the medics and paramedics are dedicated and selfless volunteers, who rely on worldwide supporters to continue their life saving work. Our mission is to support the life-saving services provided by MDA Israel through fundraising activities and awareness programmes.
