What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We need to make some changes to the way our Salesforce assigns contacts. We want to have volunteers, donors, and members. Also, we want to have different levels and types of members. All of this needs to work with our payment processor Stripe and our email service Mailchimp.
What we have in place
- We currently have access to Salesforce accounts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have someone to manage the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to protect Missouri's people and their environment.
It will streamline our operations and save our organization time. It will also allow us to set up automations and better connect with our supporters.
