What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

Looking for a video editor to help us create video animations for a global program for communities in need to leverage and get familiar with the program, specifically, we need to create amination videos for community leaders, mentors, trainers and volunteers to easily understand the program.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Program guide and personas, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A dedicated team of volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to We can train 25 individuals in the program to support over 200 children in one community alone.

We are serving global communities in need and our ability to meet them where they are is essential to making sure they we provide global communities access to tool to build their confidence to succeed.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
