Project details
What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details
We need a theatre program for our production of Macbeth designed. We need to see the first draft ASAP. We will send actor's biographies, names of cast & crew, actor's headshots, a couple sponsorship logo credits, one small add, a Director's Note, and the production promo image for the front. We will need this completed by Thursday Morning 8/11 at the latest. IMPORTANT- we need you to build in a program that we can have editing capability too, for last minute picky changes. Thank you!
What we have in place
- We currently have text and images, and a preferred font, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an example program from last year to show you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to use this money to pay for our COVID safe outdoor venue, which has a tent, protecting us and allowing the show to go on, even when it rains.
This project is important because our audiences are all ages, and we have a lot of elderly attendees. Older folks love an old-school printed program. It provides audience something to read about the show, a synopsis, insight into why we're doing this play, and information on the performers. We have a tiny local grant that pays for us to get these printed, so therefore the printed programs are essential to our local relationships
Project plan
Our mission
Lanes Coven is a project-based theater company run by professional actors that creates visceral, edgy & entertaining work in Gloucester, Massachusetts. We're interested in making visionary art that challenges the status quo. It's a priority to make our plays accessible for the entire Cape Ann community. Our intention is to bring people together over the Universal Joy of Live Theater--whether it be Shakespeare or contemporary--to erode divisiveness and find common ground.
