What we need
  • Ongoing copywriting support for 15-20 hours over the course of 4 weeks

  • Support may include: email campaigns, website content, brochures, one-pager/fact sheets, or fundraising/promotional materials

  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.

Looking for someone who has familiarity with writing an HACCP Health and Safety Plan.

This is for a 3rd Party Audit for a manufacturing bakery in California that raises funds for our nonprofit. The audit is required to become a vendor in a major natural foods store.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a template for our Standard Operating Procedures, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a skilled writer and subject matter expert, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to support programs for black community control of economic development and increase the capacity to raise funds for these programs. We have a great product, but have to pass through these hoops.

This project is new to us. We have some information, but not enough to move forward. Timing is key.

  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of ongoing copywriting need they have over the next 2-4 weeks
  • Volunteer and Volunteer Manager align on the scope of ongoing support that the Volunteer will provide to address this need

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
