What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
What we have in place
- We currently have registered for Google for Non-profits, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a willing staff-member dedicated to assist in this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,186 , allowing us to clear 12 areas of invasive algae!
Currently we are using an Outlook based system and shared files on an old server. Google would allow us 'anywhere' access to email, calendars, file sharing and be far more efficient for our small, but growing staff. Online is the way forward!
