What we need
- A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications

Historically, MHA-WI has used SurveyMonkey results from our annual coalition survey to create a report on a Word Document. See the 2018 example here: https://www.preventsuicidewi.org/Data/Sites/17/media/statistics/2018-coalition-survey.pdf. We'd like to use Canva for the next released reports. We do not need the report printed; it will only be posted online. Copy will be created by volunteer based on provided survey results.
What we have in place
- MHA-WI uses survey results from a survey we administer to all active suicide prevention coalitions in Wisconsin to create an annual report. We need to create reports from the past three years and will be starting with 2019. Survey results here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/results/SM-yg7q1HHpBxVfQIgxUW54ew_3D_3D/. We want to demonstrate the results in a well-designed report.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to invest staff resources back into training and technical assistance to suicide prevention stakeholders.
MHA-WI uses the annual coalition report to make a case for increased funding and investment in local and statewide suicide prevention activities. We have presented this report to legislative task forces, department heads, students, and other relevant stakeholders. The report demonstrates how local coalitions implement the state plan strategies and makes recommendations for enhanced technical assistance and training from MHA to strengthen existing activities.
