What we have in place
  • We currently have the organization's vision and mission statements, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a thorough understanding of the needs of those we serve, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to communicate exactly what we do and whom we serve in the clearest and most effective way.

Having these in place will help us with our copy, branding, building our social media presence and marketing campaigns

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with existing mission, vision and/or values, as well as annual reports and other relevant background materials

Milestone 1: Information Gathering & Outline
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss prep materials, the current vision, and future plans
  • Professional creates an outline for the mission, vision & values and incorporates any feedback from the Volunteer Manager

  • Professional shares the first draft
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which the Professional incorporates
