What we need
- Assessment of current donors, volunteers, beneficiaries and other constituents to pinpoint people who are interested in serving your Organization
- Informal staff and board interviews to survey potential connections and/or leads
- A document of up to ten pages that lists potential board members based upon your Organization's data and current audiences
- Note: The Professional will not be communicating with prospective board members.
Additional details
We have been a volunteer led and run organization with a working board. We recognized that to grow into hiring staff we need to expand our Board of Directors. We would like to add at least 2-3 Board members with focus to select a process for the first ED/CEO hire and fundraising.
What we have in place
- We currently have list of donors, volunteers and advisory board members, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strategic plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,198 , allowing us to grow as an organization and add resources and capacity to execute our newly created strategic plan.
We have been in existence for almost 5 years volunteer run and led and getting serious about hiring an ED/CEO. We know that a strong board is necessary for that success and the financial sustainability of the organization.
