Event Concept & Plan
Project details
What we need
- 3-5 one hour calls with an events professional covering topics like concept, general structure, logistics, and target attendees
- A written summary of topics discussed, including event concept and theme, general plan, estimated budget (optional), and articulated goals (feel free to use this template as a starting point)
- Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event
Additional details
Event would be an Art Gala Fundraiser at our Senior Center. This would be in the Fall. We are looking to have individuals rent tables out to sell art and then charge an entry fee along with serving a catered lunch or meal.
What we have in place
- We have a dedicated group of Artists that come into the senior center to paint and sculpt. They would like an opportunity to show case their art work and sell it. We would like to host an event as a fundraiser for our non-profit to help support upcoming activities and give money back to the art program. We also would like to allow outside artist the opportunity to sell their art to and potentially charge for booth space.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to an opportunity to bring more programming into our senior center that helps support seniors in improving their mental, physical and emotional health.
This project allows our senior center to show case our Art Program and our new building. This also helps us build up funds to support future programming at the senior center.
