What we need
- A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional details
We are looking to develop a thank you & correspondence plan that will be repeated in a timely manner. This should address-
Sponsors-invoicing, social media, website, recognition
Recurring donors- program name, graphic to correspond to donations
Pledged donors- invoicing, annual communication
What we have in place
- We currently have examples of thank you letters, letterhead, notecards,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to Canva for creating branded templates, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to consistently communicate with our financial donors in a timely manner.
This project will help us maintain existing donors.
