Project details

What we need
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to set-up and use Microsoft Teams
  • Advice and best practices on how to utilize Microsoft Teams
Additional details

We are actually already using Teams. However, we need recommendations for best practices of how to utilize channels, chat, and how that integrates with other systems (emails, OneNote, etc.) We also need to reorganize our channels and would like guidance on how to create a well-organized Teams.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Teams, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two of the five person staff available to assist with this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $668 , allowing us to focus on the actual mission of our organization.

We have transitioned to permanent remote work and have also grown our team. We need the online tools to support continued collaboration and growth.
