Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

We are a non-profit arts organization that inherited Salesforce but need hands-on training on the basics especially on how to pull reports. We have 5 staff that would be participating. This training would also help us determine what additional support we may need to fully optimize this CRM.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a fully developed SF program, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some basic knowledge, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to be more knowledgeable in Salesforce so that we can train over the summer and be fully prepared to work with the hundreds of Title I schools that register for our programs starting in August.

This database is critical in running our field trip program and maintaining our donor database, but we have all new staff that need help getting acclimated.

Our mission

Act One provides meaningful arts experiences that enhance the academic and creative potential of children and families in Arizona. Act One makes the arts accessible to more than 530,000 children and families in Arizona each year through arts field trips for K-12 students from Title 1 schools and the Culture Pass.

What we do

"This is who we are. This is what we do. This is why it matters." The Act One Field Trip Program is a system and a solution for narrowing an opportunity gap that denies students from low-income families equal access to educational arts experiences. In strategic focus, program implementation and scale, there is nothing else like it in Arizona, perhaps in the country. Find out more about Act One, its programs and why arts field trips can make a difference in students' lives.
