What we need
- Document outlining relationship of board to your organization, including its role, responsibilities, and structure
- Document defining the roles and responsibilities of individual board members, including empty seats if applicable
Additional details
We recently formed a board in our organization and i wish to learn more about the roles of the board, my role as the C.E.O and board secretary. Also strategies to keep our board alive and delivering
What we have in place
- We currently have a board chair, secretary,assistant chair and 2 other board m, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the board roles, the willingness, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $25,548 , allowing us to invest in other supporting projects to ensure sustainability of our organization. We can also allocate part of that money for facility upgrade
It will help our organization get the insight on the organizational structure, direction and means to achieve its goals while remaining trusted by our donors. It will also help us have ideal structures, roles and even operational procedures well laid down for proper leadership and governance
